LEADBETTER KIDS CAMPS
Our Half-Day Camps offer a dynamic environment for kids ages 7-14. These camps blend top-notch golf instruction with the excitement of summer camp activities, fostering a deep appreciation and understanding of the game. Campers engage in instruction at the academy, but also on-course experience at Minerals Golf Club to set the stage for a lifelong enjoyment in the game of golf.
COURSE PLAY & SPORTSMANSHIP
Beyond skills, we instill a deep respect for golf's traditions and etiquette. Through on-course experience at Minerals Golf Club, campers learn the importance of playing the game, sportsmanship, integrity. We strive to create not just as golfers, but as ambassadors of the sport.
SKILL ADVANCEMENT
We emphasize skill development, ensuring that each camper experiences noticeable improvement, whether fostering fundamental skills or applying advanced techniques. Our structured curriculum is designed to challenge and inspire through the use of range training, skills challenges, and friendly competition.
CUSTOMIZED LEARNING
Understanding that each child is unique, our coaching philosophy adapts to the individual needs and learning styles of every young golfer. Campers receive expert instruction to refine technique, enhance strategy, and understand golf's mental aspects, all under the guidance of our expert team.
EXPERIENCED INSTRUCTORS
Our half-day camps are led by Director of Juniors, Mary Beth Kohberger is a Leadbetter Kids Certified Instructor and specializes in junior golf instruction. The teams’ extensive experience and passion for teaching ensure that each child receives top-tier coaching suited to their developmental stage.
2024 HALF-DAY SUMMER CAMPS
All camps will include one day on-course at Minerals Golf Club with an instructor from LGA.
